Secure my founding place — £50This is not your standard gym setup
You don’t need to already be fit. You just need to start.
Actually coached
No wandering around wondering what machine to use. I’ll coach your technique, progression and the stuff outside the gym too.
Coached, not crowded
SGPT is capped at 4–6 girls, so you get proper attention without the pressure or price of full 1:1 PT.
Built around real life
Bookings are flexible. You don’t have to commit to the exact same slot forever when work, kids or life throws a spanner in it.
The next chapter of MORE
More ways to train. More support. More together.
MORE was never just about doing more for the sake of it. It’s about getting more from your coaching, your training and the people around you.
